Refund policy
We want everyone to love our tees but we understand that sometimes expectations don’t align. If you need a different size or fit or in case the tee you received is not 100% what you had envisioned it to be, we are here to listen to your feedback and help you find a tee that’s a better fit for you or help you return it. If you want to return or exchange something, you have two options:
Option 1: Email us at hello@tomorrowinayear.com and include:
- order number
- return or exchange reason
We will send you an email with a return shipping label and instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive your refund on the items you are returning.
Option 2: Self-serve return using this link to your customer account.
Follow these simple steps to submit a self-serve return request:
- Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return
- Sign in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store
- Click "Request return"
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund
We are happy to take back unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund, store credit or exchange shipped out within 14 days of you receiving the item. An item can be exchanged once free of charge, but all return shipment costs remain the customers' duty.Please note that we cannot process an exchange for international orders. If you would like to exchange an order placed internationally please return the original purchase using the carrier of your choice, and place a new order.
Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the return policy requirements stated above.
